Do you have a design project with a tight deadline? Don’t worry, we deliver high quality in good time and our fees are pocket friendly. For urgent/ priority services indicate “Express Services” in your email.

This is the average time it’ll take from project initiation to completion for our services. Time varies with each service depending on the scope of work and availability of personnel therefore, these are barely estimates to guide your decision.

Below are time estimates for the following services:

Branding: 3-10 days

Web Design: 5- 14 days

Digital Marketing: Depends on campaign

Media Content Creation: 1- 10 days

This is priority service we offer for projects with tight deadlines and loose pockets. We offer same day delivery for certain services depending on the scope of work.

Web Design: 24 hours – 5 days

Our Process

Step 1

Understand your ideas, goals and the scope of the project(s), then we’ll brainstorm on ideas for the content & appearance of your brand/website. We can do this in person or via phone, email or Whatsapp.

Step 2

Send you a standard quote. We offer flat prices but may vary depending on project’s scope. A down payment of 50% is required for work to start.

Step 3

Will provide sample design(s) then modify and work with you till we achieve your desired result.

The Standard is 3 revisions at most before approval.

Step 4

When your designs are ready to be launched we will present it to you for final approval. After approval your files are sent to you and your website launched. Details will be provided on how to access and make modifications. After which the balance of the payment is made.

Payments

We accept payments online and via bank transfers. After due consultation and provision of quote, 50% payment shall be made by client upon agreement before work starts. Upon completion and final approval of project, the balance is expected to be paid immediately.

Refunds: In a situation where the customer decides not to go ahead with project after payment had been made, a refund will be made excluding cost of work done and 10% of the paid amount to cover transaction and administrative fees.
